CONTENT USAGE GUIDELINES
Please take note that Content encompasses a diverse range of art and topics, and may include uncensored materials, nudity, or other visual or written content that could be perceived as offensive or unsuitable for children. If others, including children, use your device, it’s your responsibility to ensure their access to inappropriate Content is prevented.
Subject to these Terms, you’re allowed to access and view Content within our Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This should align with your Blissmore Photography User experience and adhere to Services’ functionalities and constraints.
We support open source software, and some Services might employ such software with available licenses. These licenses could override certain Terms related to that software’s use.
Certain Services may allow you to share, embed, or transmit Content for access on our platform or other online locations. Usage of these Services must comply with their standard functions and restrictions, as permitted by applicable Service Terms. However, using such Services doesn’t grant you permission to reproduce, distribute, or use the Content elsewhere.
For educators, displaying Content to students in non-commercial indoor lectures or seminars is permissible, as long as the Content isn’t reproduced or distributed outside our platform in ways contrary to these Terms. However, students under 13 years old can’t use our Services per section 1.1.
Unless expressly permitted by these Terms, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publish, or use any Content without written permission from us or the relevant third-party rights holder.
Commercial exploitation of any image or Content without explicit prior written consent from us or the appropriate third-party rights holder is strictly prohibited.

Some Services may enable Users to submit, post, or share User Content. Users are solely accountable for any User Content provided through our Services.
We do not endorse or guarantee User Content or statements, ideas, advice, or opinions communicated via our Services by Users or third parties. Reliance on any User Content is at your own risk.
We don’t have an obligation to review or screen User Content. Exposure to inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or objectionable User Content is possible when using our Services.
Certain User Content might be labeled as “featured” or similar. These labels are for general information and do not indicate endorsement by us.
While we aren’t obliged, we may monitor User Content and communications, enforce Terms or policies, address issues, or improve our Services.
We may remove or decline to display User Content if we believe it violates these Terms, laws, third-party rights, or for other reasons.
You’re responsible for ensuring that Your User Content doesn’t infringe laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right and license to use, host, store, process, and more for operating, distributing, and promoting our Services.
